after he shoots, have it go up fast, then go down slow.
Second, the victim.
when the victim falls back, he need to fall all the way down, like perfectly flat, not just halfway down. and his hands position when he feel are kinda weird.
The shells don't look to bad.
The walk cycle isn't to bad either.
Overall a big huge improvement from your other work. Its smooth and not choppy, but just needs better movements.

yeah ngg is right. also, when firing a gun (unless its out of ammo when being fired), as well as going up and pointing up, it needs to go noticeably back, too. but not bad overall. and i vote MC4 hank, lol.
